  My wife came in for an alignment for a car she bought new from this dealership. The price was acceptable for that service, but to be charged nearly $200 additional just to see if there was anything that needed to be serviced before the warranty was up? What a joke.
  
  That builds terrible customer relations.
  
  If I could rip people off like that with a smile on my face, I'd apply to work here.
